Monument Warranty

Here at Bailey Monument Company, we pride ourselves in our workmanship and the high quality of materials used to create lasting memorials for your loved ones.  For over 100 years, we have been here to honor our guarantee that your monument will stand the test of time.  Our warranty covers naturally occurring flaws in stone material and workmanship. We are so committed to our customers that our guarantees are backed by an insurance policy.  That’s just another way for us to ensure that you have the peace of mind you deserve when purchasing a monument from Bailey Monument Company.

LIMITED WARRANTY
TERM: This Limited Warranty is granted for a period of ten years from the validation date on the front page of your paperwork.

CLAIM PROCEDURE: A purchaser, authorized heir or representative of the estate of the person memorialized, shall notify Bailey Monument Company in writing, immediately upon discovery, of any claim under this Limited Warranty. Bailey Monument Company shall promptly investigate the claim, including but not limited to inspecting the memorial at the cemetery site, to determine the cause of any damage and for the purpose of determining a solution if the damage is covered by this Limited Warranty. The person notifying Bailey Monument Company of a warranty claim shall cooperate with us in attempting to resolve whatever may be wrong with the memorial. If the claim is covered by the Limited Warranty, Bailey Monument Company shall decide how to remedy the covered damage.

LIMITATION:
1.) Repair or replacement of those items of natural stone, as determined by Bailey Monument Company, is the Limited Warranty; all other damages, costs or other claims are expressly excluded by Bailey Monument Company, including, but not limited to, lithochrome paint, replacement of chips, concrete floors, and freeze damage to vase.

2.)  The Limited Warranty covers only those monuments manufactured and installed by Bailey Monument Company. Any alterations, handling or relocating of the monument in question, or its components, by anyone other than Bailey Monument Company representatives will negate this Limited Warranty.

3.) This is the Limited Warranty to you and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein.

OTHER LAW: This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other legal rights under applicable state/provincial law.
